Stupid Birds

yup, you read it right, birds are stupid!

brainless, dazed, deficient, dense, dim, dodo, doltish, dopy, dotterel, dull, dumb, dummy, foolish, futile, gullible, half-baked, half-witted, idiotic, ill-advised, imbecilic, inane, indiscreet, insensate, irrelevant, irresponsible, laughable, loser, ludicrous, meaningless, mindless, moronic, naive, nonsensical, obtuse, pointless, puerile, rash, senseless, short-sighted, simple, simple-minded, slow, sluggish, stolid, stupefied, thick, thickheaded, trivial, unintelligent, unthinking, witless.

we've had bird problems here recently, and i have no idea why. it just reminds me of other animal/insect problems our family has had (will be discussed later).

so with birds, so far we've found a live one in my brother's room that my dad accidentally squeezed to death. another one a couple weeks later dead in one of our storage rooms in the basement. how these birds got into the house we'll never know.

then a couple days ago, my mom sees another bird on our front lawn struggling..like it was having a seizure i guess. she just left and went to work! lol! heartless! anyway, then she called home and asked my brother if the bird was still there. it was, but it was dead. so he had to sweep it into a garbage bag and put it in the garbage. luckily, the garbagemen haven't come to pick up the garbage yet. later on that same day, i saw some stupid bird fly into my window. like i heard it hit the window, and i saw some black body dropping. so i got up and looked out the window 'cuz at first i thought maybe it was my brother throwing something at my window to get my attention. nope, the van was gone, so it meant he was gone. i go outside to see if i could find the bird knocked out or whatever..nothing. so i just went back inside..dumbass birds! they must have poor vision. i even see a face imprint of another bird on the big windows in the front foyer. these birds are just killin' themselves.

so, yeah, other animal/insect problems our family has encountered were squirrels..in the house, fireplace, chimney. one time a squirrel was in the house and we caught just before my brother's guests came for his birthday party. lol..we had to get the neighbour to come over and help us catch it 'cuz we had no idea how to catch it! after that, we were able to learn from it and catch our own squirrels.

another time, my sister saw a squirrel running around in our fireplace. it was one of those gas fireplace, and my sister turned it on for a split second and we saw the squirrel's tail light up on fire for a moment. so cruel! anyway, that squirrel probably died in the fireplace 'cuz a few days after that we saw a trail of maggots from the fireplace to our rug. GROSS! it was disgusting..we had to sweep 'em up and...throw them out i guess. it was disgusting. *shiver*

after the maggots, we got a lot of flies. once i fooled my grandma 'cuz i had a fake fly once, and i just placed it on the table near her. she saw it, and then she took a tissue and went for the kill. then when she felt that it was hard plastic, my brother and i started to laugh. hahaha, she even laugh. it was a good prank! :P

so yeah those were some of the problems we had. all in one house..that we lived in for like 9 months. i loved that house. :(

anyway, back to stupid birds. the Blue Jays. well it's not really the Toronto Blue Jays perse, but rather Rogers. the building, the team is like a walking billboard. i'm tired of the corporate advertising. Rogers this, Rogers that...ugh! *puke* like the SKYDOME does look a lot better with the new scoreboards and fieldturf and all, but quit putting Rogers infront of everything (while you're at it..rename Rogers Centre to Rogers Skydome or something!!! Centre is so BORING!).

i watch TV, read the newspapers, and all i see is "Come watch Rogers Jays" blahblahblah..it seems that Rogers addresses the team not as the Toronto Blue Jays, but rather just Rogers Jays. the team name is Rogers Jays, not the Toronto Blue Jays.

anyway..better get some sleep. i have a full day of writing to do tomorrow. boohiss! i had to turn down dinner with some friends because of this stupid paper! boooo!!
