Product Replacment Plan
last night, i was sifting through and organizing my receipts when i came across my Best Buy Product Replacment Plan for my Playstation 2. i looked at the receipt and practically flipped out.
this is because, when i read it, the plan expires at the end of 2005. as i have blogged before, i've had problems with my PS2. it doesn't play games properly, and it only plays DVDs. when it does play DVDs, it'll play but it randomly pauses in the middle of some scenes and then resumes. it gets annoying after a while.
so the reason why i flipped out is because i already opened up the console, breaking the warranty seal. breaking that seal voids the warranty and the plan is inclusive with the Sony warranty. therefore, you can guess, broken seal means no replacement. so pissed!
i didn't know the stupid plan was for 2yrs, i thought it was for only one, that's the only reason why i opened up the console. but dammit! i'm gonna bring it into Best Buy anyway, and see what i can do. hopefullythey'll buy my TRUE story, and replace it anyway. afterall, i have bought 2 PS2s from them, and i have the receipts to prove it.
i can't believe that this has happened, i'm so pissed..peeved..annoyed! grr!!! i am so dissatisfied right now! but then i guess it is my fault. i broke the seal. but still GIVE ME A DAMN PS2 THAT WILL LAST ME MORE THAN A YEAR!
and you know what else is annoying? the job search. the saga continues. i'm still unemployed and it's getting annoying. i need some cash inflow man. i feel like i can't do anything 'cuz i want to spend as little money as possible.
the job search continues...gaaaaah..although, i might work for my dad for about 2 weeks while one of the ppl go on vacation. how sad.
anyway, on a brighter note, today i just sat down and went through my transcript for school. i kinda wanted to figure out what my degree requirements are, and what i need to do to complete it in the next year.
i found that i've already fulfilled the Faculty of Arts requirements, and that i only need to take 9 more courses, 5 of which need to be above the 100 level, and 3 of those to be at or above the 300 level. but after this summer, all those numbers should be subtracted by 1. so the 8 courses that i need to take can be from any faculty. how sweet is that eh? :P
so if anyone knows of any 200 or 300 level courses at UW that are pretty easy or interesting, give me a shout! let me know! i'm trying to figure out what i'll be taking for the upcoming Fall05 term.
yeah! and that's how i roll!

yeah, i'm so poor too. i need to Start looking for a job...
Classical studies courses are interesting and easy. Roman History and Roman Society, clas 252 and 202. Particularly with Daniel Hutter.
Also Econ 344 - marketing is a really easy course. and so is econ 220. both are by geoff malleck and he usually gives marks between 75-85. its not hard to get an 80. group work though, don't know if you like that.
