It's Been a While

Stuff that has changed since I've last posted:

Well, the formatting. I'm just gonna forget about the meticulousness of making each post consistent from here on out. It's not a big deal really.

TTC finally got their new trains running, but only on the Yonge line. I think it's a couple more years until the Bloor line gets them.

TTC Fares have gone up ..... AGAIN.

But, all this is about to change for me as my department is moving office from Toronto to Oakville, which is super good for me. No more TTC. No more 1hr commutes.

Work has been different, I suppose. There was a huge shakeup about a year ago where a few of my co-workers were let go. It was bittersweet. Some didn't deserve it, some did. In the end, it was suppose to be better for the company.

More of my former teammates retired, that equaled to two.

I changed positions again and on a completely different team now. My second manager since I've been at CT. The manager styles between my new and old managers are starkly different. I'm still more comfortable talking with my old manager because she's just easier to talk to and more friendly. My new one doesn't really give off that vibe of being very approachable.

Anyway, I think that's all for now. There's probably a ton of stuff that has changed since I last posted, but I just do not have the "time" to reflect. It's bed time.
