"How Are You Gonna Fit That In There?!"
so i haven't really updated in a while except for putting up other things. let's see if i can sum up the week quickly. i don't think i did much anyway.
but before i get to that. can you guys believe that it's February already? where did January go? we're already into the 2nd month of the year. pretty soon it's gonna be like, April. i'll be back home, looking for a career or something. then my sister is moving out. & then..it's gonna be weird not going back to school in September, & then my other sister's gettin' married. then i'll be quarter century old... :| is it true that when you get older, time goes by faster?! am i gonna be dead before i know it?!
funny how i turned that into some stupid morbid ending. maybe it wasn't really funny. but anyway, time to get to the boring stuff.
saturday, i stayed home & watched hockey. yeah that's what i did..that's all i did..i think.
ok, what happened Sunday? oh, nothing. church & back up to Waterloo. OH WAIT..i went to watch the Seekers play (my old intramural hockey team). they lost to the C-Cups. 1-0. good game though. C-Cups only won 'cuz they had a freaking advanced level goalie playing for them. asses. yeah, i was gonna also study on Sunday, but that didn't happen. go figure.
Monday Monday Monday. boring ol' Monday. pretty much just went to class. came hooome from class. studied. & then went to class again. BUT i didn't go HOME this time. HA! i bet you thought i went home! i know you did! if you didn't you're a liar! :P but i didn't go home. i went to the SLC third floor to study! & studied my butt off i did! i studied until 2am. oh yeah. i'm good! :P
Tuesday. yeah, i woke up at 2pm or something. i don't remember. & i studied. no, actually i read an article i had to read for night class. had to read it or i'll lose participation marks. there were like 3 articles, & i only read one of them. luckily i read the right one! :D after night class, i went back to the SLC third floor again & studied my butt off again. this time until 12.30am. but then when i got back home, i studied some more with Lorna (we're in the same class) until about 4am. :S
Wednesday, woke up at 8.30am to get in some more last minute studying. i don't think it really helped me. when i went to write the exam, the first thing i went to was the short answer questions 'cuz i wanted to know what i might need to think about while i did the MC. who knows, maybe the MC will give me some clues & jog my memory for the SA questions. the first question completely froze me. i had no idea what it asked. the second question was a little iffy too, but i knew the last one! :D overall..i dunno. we'll see.
oh the test was for my Interpersonal Relations class. the one with the hot teacher. ;P
i also went to badminton club in the evening. felt like i haven't been there in a long time. last week just went by REALLY slowly. it was like snail slow. last week seemed like forever ago. anyway, back to badminton. it was pretty good. it started off a little dry, but i think the execs at the club know who i am, & know that i'm not really playing in my colour level i'm in. so they played me with ppl in a higher level & it was a lot better. i could move up, but i don't really wanna! hahaha.. :P i might if the next few sessions suck for me. as in, i'm getting bored. but right now it's not too bad. i'm enjoying it, plus, i don't have to worry about missing a session 'cuz of school 'cuz i don't have classes on Thursdays, unlike last term.
Thursday. "today." got up at 2pm again. i really need to wake up earlier sometimes. my plan was to study a bit for Dark Side of Sexuality, but that never really happened. i don't even know what i did this afternoon.
so anyway, Betty & i went to see this play that was put on by this group called the FASS Theatre Company. FASS stands for faculty, alumni, staff, & students. the play was called A Midwinter Night's FASS. it was really interesting. i won't divulge into it too much, but i thought it was cleverly written, & the performances were pretty well done. i thoroughly enjoyed it. it was funny too. they're always funny. this was the second show i've seen from the group.
it's too bad that Betty had to leave half way through 'cuz of the stupid Division Council meeting she had to host at our place at 10.30pm. the play was longer than we expected. we thought it would run for 2hrs max, but half the play was 1.15hrs & then a 20min intermission, & then another 1.15hrs for the second half.
anyway, for all your UW ppl, A Midwinter Night's FASS is still playing tomorrow (Friday) at 7pm & 10pm, & again on Saturday at 8pm at the Humanities Theatre in Hagey Hall! tickets i think are $8 without taxes or whatever it is they charge extra.
well, i dunno what's on the agenda for this weekend! it might be Walk The Line tomorrow for Warrior Weekend after CCF with Clara & Betty, & possibly some other ppl, who knows. then Saturday morning there's a hockey practice bright & early at 8am. maybe badminton club at 10am. we'll see how tired i am. Sunday is SuperBowl, but i dunno if i'll be able to watch it yet. we'll see about that i guess. but yeah, in between everything, i gotta fit in studying 'cuz i've got a test for Dark Side of Sexuality on Monday night. :S i have a feeling it's gonna suck, regardless of how much i study for it. Dr. Burris' test are freaking hard! :S
