Whirlwind Part 1 of 4

so i'll begin writing about Tuesday because this is when this eventful week begins. so here we go for a whirlwind of yours truly.

so on Tuesday i went to the Mississauga Store to finish up the prep for Orlando Stores. i think i've stated in earlier blogs that i'll be going down to Orlando from August 29 - September 1. for those who are wondering, i'm not going down for vacation obviously, but to do work. i have to help set up computers and do inventory for the two stores that are down there. so yeah, i finished it up at around 1pm, so i was well ahead of the deadline i had for getting it done. went back to Boca to do some more work, like setting up the Scarborough files in my computer.

after work, i headed straight for Brampton 'cuz i didn't see the sense in going back home and then going when i had the car already. so yeah, i had planned to meet up with Odie at her workplace. she's so different when she's talking to adults. she's more..mature in her speaking manners. haha.

anyway, we went to SilverCity Brampton at Trinity Mall to catch the 6.20pm show of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. such a great movie! Johnny Depp was awesome as Willy Wonka. haha brilliant! the Oompa Loompas were pretty funny too! i really liked this version of the movie, but i still like the old one too. but yeah, great movie! Odie even almost cried. sheesh! CRYBABY! :P hahahaha but yeah, entertaining movie! it's recommended! :D

so after the movie, we headed over to East Side Mario's for some dessert. i had a panzerotti and we split a funnel cake since i really wanted one for a while. mm..it was good. i was full. we didn't really want to stay in East Sides 'cuz it was pretty loud in there, so we couldn't really chat, so we left.

we were gonna talk outside, but it was so flippin' cold. why is it so cold outside at night now? before it used to be so hot. summer's ending too soon! so yeah, since it was so cold, we just jumped into my van and chatted for about an hr and a half about whatever we wanted to talk about.

all in all, it was a really fun night. thanks Odie for a great night! it was fun, and i hope we can do that again sometime. haha it's so rare that you get to go out with no curfew, and with A guy. haha..yeah it was fun! *thumbs up*

anyway, for those who like to assume things, and have immature minds. this was NOT a date. thank you! :)

onward to Wednesday.

i actually got to get off work early today for a dentist appointment. SCORE! :D well not score to the dentist, but score to getting off work! woo! :P haha..

so i left for home at around 2.30pm, brushed my teeth one more time before heading out to pick up Rebecca (you'll see why i did as you read along) at 3pm. my appointment was at 3.30pm. made it there with 15mins to spare.

so yeah, check up took about 25mins, so not too bad. and everything was alright. no cavities! score!

after the check up, we went to the mall 'cuz Rebecca, for some strange reason, felt like mall-ratting. so we went..and..mall-ratted. well, she didn't buy anything, but i went crazy. haha..two stores later, i'm out over $155. $5 at Bulk Barn, and over $150 at Bluenotes. well even though i spent that much money, i would've been more. i was able to save over $35 on their promotions, it was like a buy one, get one 50% off or something. haha..when i shop, i don't really..look for deals. that's just the way i shop.

came home at around 7pm. brother was waiting for the car too. but anyway, i had a quick dinner, adjusted some plans 'cuz Angie had to drop out, so i had to make alternate arrangments.

so yeah, Gordon was able to come and pick me up, and head over to Ben's. then Ben drove us to Planet Bowl, where we met up with Jenise. we bowled two games. in the first game, Ben was on a pretty good roll. why, 'cuz he bit my style. haha..he was bowling like me for a while. then near the end of the game, he started to get too tired from the way i bowl. so he dwindled. so Jenise and i took the opportunity to catch up and surpass him. in the end, i was able to outlast Jenise, by beating her 151-146. Ben finished with a 114.

on to 2nd game. there's a little bit of trash talk going. haha..but it was funny. i kept on saying that i was gonna pick it up when the 6th frame comes. Jenise had built quite a lead too. but anyway, i just kept on chippin' in, coming back..she kinda started to bowl poorly..so that benefited my comeback. by the time i finished my game, i was sitting at 124, and she was the last bowling. she was sitting at 121. so all she needed was 4 pins to beat. 1st ball...*drum roll*...3 pins. 2nd bal...*drum roll*...*drum roll some more*...GUTTER BALL! hahaha..Ben, Gord, and i just break down laughing, while Jenise was just standing there in shock. HAHAHAHA! oh man..tied game. it was funny.

so we went to Tim Horton's afterwards and just chatted for a while. it was a good night as well! :) bowling is fun!

now, onward to Thursday.

nothing really special about today. it was work, nap, dinner, practice, tennis, bum around.

it was the last practice for Saved by the Bell before tournament this Saturday. it should be an interesting tournament i think. there are no clear cut favourites. almost all the teams this year are equal. in my opinion anyway. records mean nothing to me.

after practice, my brother and i went to the tennis courts and had a 3-set match. my brother kicked my ass 6-2, 6-1. yes, i suck at tennis.

this weekend is gonna be one busy one! i'll try to update as it goes!
