Fiction is Not Non-Fiction

well i feel like a total dumbass right now.

i just realized that i answered a whole portion of my Holocaust & Film essay completely wrong. wrong mindset, wrong word, wrong definition, wrong everything. that is gonna put my paper down the dumps. honestly. there's probably gonna be no way i'll be able to make it up 'cuz my prof's a loser too.

so here's one of the questions: "Can fiction films be made on the Holocaust?"

what did i do? i thought "fiction" mean real-life stories or just, reality y'know? but, that's non-fiction isn't it? so yeah, i totally approached that question completely from the wrong point of view.

how stupid am i? how could i have gotten something like that so mixed up? i just started answering that yeah, fiction films can be made. yeah it can work 'cuz Schindler's List worked. Schindler's List was based on a true story, with very LITTLE fiction in it. it's almost all NON-FICTION!

my goodness..time to go dig my grave.

or go to the prof's office tomorrow during his office hours. that means i should go to bed and wake up early 'cuz office hours are from 11am-12.30pm.

what a way to start the weekend. could potentially have more work lined up to do. i already have a busy weekend. this bites...
