Weekend..

so, most of you know that i went home to Mississauga for the weekend. it was a nice relaxing one.

left Waterloo at 3pm via Fed Bus. it was, like always, an uncomfortable ride since we take a regular school bus back from Waterloo to Square One. yeah i tried to take a nap and all, but after half an hour, my butt just started to hurt like crazy, so i had to shift around and stuff. basically i was very restless! plus, the guy that was sitting next to me gave me like 1/4 of the seat. what the heck man. i was like so cramped! i should've said something, but i was like, whatever. this guy was like big, not like muscular big, but like chubby big, and he was tall too. oh well. so i got to Square One at around 4.30pm-ish since the traffic was pretty brutal too.

since i was already at Square One, i decided that i might as well get my brother's birthday present (his birthday is Sept. 29). he wanted the new Chris Benoit DVD, so i got that for him. so we got home and started to watch it and then had dinner.

later that night i went out to bubble tea with Mindy. it was fun! it was good catch up time. talked about what's new with us, how Toronto and Waterloo was, a little about softball, and ppl that pissed us off (HAHA!). that last one was pretty funny 'cuz when we talked about it, we'd get even more aggravated while talking about so and so person. HAHA..it was quite amusing. those dried yems were good eh? ;P haha. so yeah, it was great seeing her. gotta get used to not seeing her at least once every week after seeing her every week for the last 8+ months. :(

saturday, i slept in until about 2.30pm. hehe, woke up for a yummy lunch. then i got ready to do something with Gen. so since we had a deal (which is FOREVER BINDING!) that since i drive, she has to plan. no buts, ifs, nothing. that's the deal, and it doesn't matter if she drives either. so yeah..haha, took us a while to figure out what we were gonna do. we decided to just go to Blockbuster and rent a movie to watch. so i picked her up..but then i wanted to go to Best Buy to get a PS2 game. and YES they had it in stock! normally when i go there, the game that i want isn't in stock! so yeah, X-Men Legends! WOOOOO! it's such a cool game! anyway, so yeah, then we headed off to Blockbuster. we spent like maybe 30-45mins there figuring out what to watch. we ended up leaving the place empty-handed. we couldn't decide on anything, besides, their selection was pretty crappy anyway. at least i thought so. so we just went back to her place and watched The Matrix Revolutions. i still like the first Matrix movie the best. Reloaded was just filler. it was crap. anyway, Joyce came over later for a bit..and then left.

so i left at around 7ish, and went home to have dinner. my brother was so desperate to play the X-Men game that he started to call a bunch of ppl to see if he could borrow their PS2. he finally got a hold of one from Steve. haha..i didn't bring mine home from Waterloo if anyone is confused. so yeah, started to play that, it was pretty cool! but yeah like any other game, there's still lots to learn about it. he ended up playing that game until like 2am (started at like 8pm).

at 10ish, i left to go watch some of my friends play hockey (Steve, Matthias, Phil, and Justin). i told Joyce that i wasn't going, but i changed my mind later 'cuz well what else would i do? study? HA! yeaaa right! so yeah, went to watch them. i wanted to play when i got there. bah, but didn't have my stuff here. i need a ride home next weekend so i can play! :P who doesn't mind giving me and my equipment a ride home? :P (seriously!)

after the hockey, i came home and played X-Men with my brother for another hour. we were able to beat Pyro. he beat the Blob earlier in the game. so far the game is pretty impressive i must say. :)

so now, i'm back in Waterloo. woopee. the bump in my head is still evident, but not as evident as it was on Friday. so that's good. not many ppl noticed (actually no one noticed, so that's good! ;P) but i noticed that when i touch the bump, it hurts..somewhere else..LOL..yeah that's the best i can explain it. but yeah..i hope it'll be good to go by Thursday! ;P HOCKEY! :P hmm..actually, i just tried on the helmet, the top of the helmet doesn't reach my bruised/cut area, so i'm good to go! whoohoo!! :D

so today is Monday. it's incredibly hot. i'm sitting here, sweating..maybe it's 'cuz i ran to the WCRI office (i dunno i felt like running and it's not that far) wearing track pants and a sleeveless. i just finished my 1st hour of chores. took me longer this week, maybe 'cuz i had a little more to do.

but anyway, wow. what's up with the weather in the past couple weeks? it's been sunny like every single day, with 20+*C weather. why does summer come in fall? it feels more like summer now than it did almost all summer! our climate is just messed. maybe what happens in Day After Tomorrow will eventually happen sometime in the, let's hope, far future! but anyway, today's weather is beautiful.
