Half Over

reading week is already half over. well technically for me it's more than half over since i started a week ago. :P

of those 7 days, i worked 4 of them for my dad. i mostly did inventory stuff. that stuff is so time consuming and boring. then i did something a little better, but i was so tired that it almost put me to sleep. that was updating and modifying price lists. anyway, i'm glad that's over with. my brother's gonna have to pick up where i left off 'cuz i didn't finish it all, but i finished the hard part.

what have i done aside from work?!

Sunday, i stayed in and watched the NBA All-Star game. didn't last for the 4th quarter 'cuz i was pretty tired so i went to bed early that night..

Monday, i went to see Hitch with my friend, Angie. everyone, it's a great movie! haha, it's funny and puts relationships into perspective. ok maybe not in perspective, but it's a fun one to watch. :P i gotta learn to be smooth like Hitch, especially the scene in the bar. :P that is all i'll say about that movie 'cuz i don't want to give away spoilers. :) but yeah good movie to watch! go watch it if you haven't already.

after the movie we headed over to Bubble Republic for some..bubble tea! WHOOOA! haha what a surprise..Bubble Republic and bubble tea! i'd be surprised if you couldn't make the connection. anyway, we had pretty good chat, altho there were a few awkward silences, but i guess that could be normal if you haven't seen someone in over a year or so. :P it was a pretty good night. chillin'.

also bumped in to Hilda and her friend, AND Vicki and Kev again. that's 2 in a row at Bubble Republic for them. hahaha..weird. i wonder if i'll see them again the next time i go. if i do, i'll say that they live there :P hahaha..

Tuesday, yesterday. oh i didn't do anything. lol...for a second i couldn't remember. but i watched the Raptors kick Vince Carter and the New Jersey Nets butts. haha..despite Carter's 22pts, he was horrible on the court. he only shot what..8 for 25 or something? hahaha oh well, whatever. i've moved on from all that stupid drama. but of course, anytime i go watch a Raptor game and, if for some reason it's against the Nets, and VC's there. i'll join the boobirds like they do with T-Mac. haha..YAY FOR CONFORMITY!

oh yeah, i had a lot of frustrating thoughts as of late, but for some reason, i write them better in my head just before i pass out at night. thus, i can't really write about it until it actually does piss me off again. but yes..it's rage..RAAAAAAAGE! sometimes i think of this lyric from the Smashing Pumpkin: "Despite all my rage, i'm still just a rat in a cage." sometimes i feel that it is so appropriate 'cuz you have all this anger inside, and yet you still feel trapped and you can't do anything about it. follow?

so yeah..right now the rage has yielded..and i don't feel it right now, which is good. anyway, OH, my hair! it's no longer LONG! :P hahaha..it's nice and short. back to my "summer" style so to speak. haha.. :P maybe this will shoo away the winterness of winter and their winter storms. wasn't that some crazy dropping of white stuff on Sunday night?! dang!

oh yeah, in my last post i also wrote something in there about stained-glass windows at MCBC. i've been notified that MCBC does NOT have any. hahaha..i went back to look at pictures in a friend's album, and yeah, they AREN'T! haha..my eyes deceive me. how sad. but it would've been cool, but costly i guess. haha..but yeah..what tricked me was the bordering of the window. ok, i don't know where THOSE windows are. the ones with like SOLA (some other latin word)...where are they?!

ok enough pondering and writing..gonna go now, 'cuz i've got 3hrs of good tv to watch tonight! :D Lost, American Idol, CSI: NY. :D

I CAN FINALLY SLEEP LATE AND SLEEP IN THE MORNING! YAAAAAY! what joy that brings me..what a freak.
