Study Break
ahh..well i don't really deserve a study break, but...i'll take one anyway 'cuz i feel like i've been studying a lot, when in actuality it's probably carried over from last night. :P
today was last day of classes. i only had one class. it was half an hour. so..i head off to the SLC so i can study. got some done. not as much as i hoped. Raph dropped by for a bit tho before going off for a swim at the PAC.
Betty met up with me after she finished off one of her assignments in another class and when she came, i ditched her. HAHAHA..ok for only like 10mins. i'm not that mean! sheesh! besides she had Jeff Tong to keep her company. i had to run back (i literally ran for a bit 'cuz i felt like it) to WCRI just to make sure i didn't have to do chores. i didn't. so i got lunch, upped to my room and grabbed my discman and spedwalk back to school.
so i went back, and studied another section. not much done. Jeff left, Eric dropped in, and Raph came back, and then Dave dropped by too and then it was like 2.30pm already. so i upped and left at 3pm 'cuz well nothing was working. so i thought i would be able to do some work in my room. HAHAHAA..what a joke. didn't happen. i got a section done and a lot of web surfing. what the hell am i doing? why is it so much more interesting to read on the internet than your own textbook? must be a psychological thing.
anyway, i want to watch Ocean's 12, The Aviator, Hotel Rwanda, and a host of other movies over the holiday. damn, so many good movies are coming out now. i still gotta do some Christmas shopping too. i think i've decided that this year i'm not gonna hand out Christmas cards. like i'd like to, but they're expensive and then you gotta think about what to write in those cards so it's not so empty and stuff...and yeah..don't feel offended. i mean well!
ok, so after today's only class, we got a review sheet, an overview sheet of what we need to know for the final exam for that class. and like..holy CRAP. there's so much STUFF! there's so much stuff for all my classes..and having 3 in 3 days doesn't HELP! grr! i've got 7 chapters to read for Sociology of Sport (finished 3 already tho), 5 chapters to read for Social Psychology of Leisure, and i dunno how many chapters left to read in that text/novel for History of Popular Culture. so glad that i don't have to worry about Popular Music and Culture until December 20th. *whew*.
